Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of LeadPulse, operated by Tim Dussault. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
LeadPulse delivers a weekly email digest of new LLC filings in your selected Florida county, along with AI-assisted outreach drafts. The service is intended for licensed professionals — accountants, attorneys, financial advisors, and insurance agents — seeking to identify prospective clients from public business registration data.
Territorial Exclusivity
We make reasonable efforts to limit overlap between subscribers. Territorial exclusivity is offered on a best-effort basis at the county level and is not a binding contractual guarantee.
Subscription and Billing
- The founding rate is $199/month. The standard rate is $299/month.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of the billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell or redistribute digest content to third parties
- Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications
- Misrepresent yourself or your profession when using outreach drafts
- Violate applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or Florida professional regulations
Outreach drafts are templates. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring compliance before sending any communications.
Data Sources
Filing data is sourced from publicly available Florida Division of Corporations records. We make no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data.
Disclaimer of Warranties
LeadPulse is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of the service will result in new clients or revenue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadPulse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months prior to any claim.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
