When you sign up or use LeadPulse, we collect:

- Your county and profession (to configure your territory)
- Payment information, processed by Stripe — we never store card details
- Basic usage data such as email opens and link clicks, to improve the service
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Send your weekly digest emails with new business filings
- Manage your account and subscription
- Send service updates or important account notices
- Improve the product based on usage patterns
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Storage
Your account data is stored securely via Supabase (hosted on AWS). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.
Email Communications
By signing up for LeadPulse, you consent to receive the weekly digest email to the address you provided. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any digest email, or by contacting us at tim@filld.io.
Your Rights
You may request at any time:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion of your account and associated data
